Soccer: JV plays Panther Creek to 0-0 tie

Well, at least the junior varsity team got to play some soccer.

Broughton's scheduled varsity game against Panther Creek never got started Thursday night, as lightning brought things to a halt for the second consecutive night.  Coach Nick Wheeler said the two teams will look for an opportunity to reschedule the game.

In the junior varsity game, Broughton and Panther Creek played to a 0-0 tie in a tough defensive battle.

Broughton is scheduled to begin conference play Monday night at Wake Forest.
